About: Campus
Romans 1:20 reminds us that God's eternal power and divine nature are revealed through the very world He created—a visible testament to His invisible qualities. Meeting God in His setting, among towering pines, allows us to experience His presence in ways that words alone cannot capture. The artistry of each leaf, the rhythm of an ecosystem, and the vast expanse of the sky all point to a Creator whose majesty and care are woven into every corner of nature. We appreciate God's handiwork and draw closer to Him in reverent wonder and awe.
Our Chapel and quiet prayer room invite us into sacred stillness, echoing Psalm 46:10's call to "Be still, and know that I am God." In these peaceful spaces, we can step away from life's distractions and, in the spirit of Matthew 6:6, "go into your inner room" to draw near to the Father in prayer and reflection.
Our dorm-style accommodations provide a supportive, communal environment where men can live, learn, and grow together throughout their recovery journey.
Good nutrition plays a crucial role in the recovery process, helping to rebuild the body, mind, and spirit. A balanced diet, including fresh fruits and vegetables, provides essential vitamins and minerals that aid in physical healing and emotional well-being.
Consuming three well-rounded meals a day establishes a routine that supports stable energy levels and prevents unhealthy cravings. Lowering caffeine intake is equally important, as excessive caffeine can disrupt sleep patterns and exacerbate anxiety, hindering the recovery journey.
By prioritizing wholesome foods and proper hydration, we can strengthen resilience, enhance mental clarity, and develop sustainable habits that contribute to long-term health and sobriety. At Pineview, we emphasize nutrition as part of a holistic approach to restoring lives.
Our on-site Gym, Workout Room, and Game Room offer a variety of recreational options—including foosball, ping pong, and a pool table—along with indoor spaces for basketball, volleyball, and strength training to promote physical health and fellowship.
