What is Suboxone?

Suboxone is a medication combining buprenorphine and naloxone, designed to assist individuals with opioid dependence in managing cravings and withdrawal symptoms. Buprenorphine partially activates opioid receptors, significantly reducing the intensity of withdrawal, while naloxone counters opioid effects if misused. The goal is to stabilize patients, diminish cravings, and pave the way for behavioral therapies and supportive counseling.

Pineview Recovery is a drug-free rehabilitation program. As such, clients must be prepared to detox off of all drugs, including Suboxone and Methadone, before arrival at our primary recovery center. If you're ready, our caring staff is here to walk with you on the next steps of your recovery journey!
